Career Highlights

Darren Glass (born May 14, 1981) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.

He was recruited as the number 11 draft pick in the 1999 AFL Draft from Perth. Darren made his debut for the West Coast Eagles in Round 4, 2000 against Adelaide.

Glass, who has a relatively low profile in a team of well known stars such as Ben Cousins, Chris Judd, and Daniel Kerr, was named as the official 2006 All-Australian full-back by the AFL.The dependable full-back is now recognised as one of the AFL’s elite defenders after another fine season. Has the strength and versatility to play on forwards of any shape or size, and his duels with Sydney’s Barry Hall – there were four in all – will live long in the memory. Second place in the best and fairest was a fair reflection of his efforts.

Darren Glass rules the eagles backline and is a key player for the eagles.
